What is Findsy? +

Findsy is a home search platform that helps you find your dream home quickly and efficiently. We scan thousands of listings in real time and show only those that match your preferences.

How does Findsy's matching work? +

You set up a search with filters such as location, budget, property type and number of rooms. Findsy continuously compares new listings against those criteria. When a home fits, it appears in your overview and you can get an alert. Choose Strict for exact matches only, or Flexible if you also want broader options that may still be relevant.

Which cities does Findsy cover? +

Findsy is currently live in the Netherlands. We are expanding coverage to major European cities in phases.

How accurate are the matches? +

That depends on your filters and chosen mode. In Strict mode we only show homes that exactly meet your criteria. In Flexible mode you also get results that fall slightly outside your filters but may still fit your search. The more specific your criteria, the sharper your matches.

How do notifications work? +

Set your criteria once and receive instant email and push alerts when a new listing matches. You can pause or adjust notifications at any time.

How up to date is the listings on Findsy? +

Very up to date. Findsy continuously scans more than 1,500 sources. When a home goes online, it appears in your overview almost immediately and you get an alert if it matches your search. We also update status changes such as sold, under offer or rented, so you do not keep seeing outdated listings.

Do you show social housing and rooms? +

Yes. Rooms, studios and social housing from housing corporations are in our inventory, but they are not in every search result by default. Choose the right property type in your search, for example Room, or adjust your filters to include these homes. Housing corporations often have separate requirements such as income, age or registration time.

What is the Findsy AI Agent? +

The Findsy AI Agent helps you respond to a listing faster. Based on the property details, the AI drafts a personal reply. You choose the tone, length and any extra information. Your mail app opens with everything filled in; you review and send. The feature is available where the source allows it.

Is my listing already on Findsy? +

Probably yes. We automatically collect listings from thousands of websites and platforms. If your home is online with an agent, landlord or a major portal, we usually pick it up ourselves. Missing something? Email info@findsy-app.com and we will take a look.

What does Findsy cost? +

You start with 14 days of Premium for €1. After that, your subscription continues automatically at the rate you chose: from €19.95 per month when billed monthly. Choose 2-month, 3-month or annual billing for a lower monthly price. Annual billing gives you 50% off. During the trial you already have full access to all features.

Are there extra fees? +

No — Findsy does not charge extra fees on top of your chosen plan. Some partner platforms and listing sites may charge their own fees for application support, premium features or access to certain listings. When you click through to view or apply on a partner site, any costs are set by that external platform, not Findsy. We help you find homes efficiently but cannot control pricing on external sites we link to.

Can I cancel at any time? +

Yes, you can cancel at any time and there is no separate notice period. You are still committed to pay for the term you choose: a monthly plan covers one month, a multi-month plan covers that period, and Premium Flex is billed daily until you cancel. After cancellation your subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do I need to add payment details right away? +

Yes. You need payment details to start the €1 trial. After 14 days your subscription renews automatically at the rate you selected. You can cancel at any time, including during the trial.

Which payment methods do you accept? +

At Findsy we want you to pay safely and with confidence. We support all major secure methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer discounts for longer subscriptions? +

Yes. Paying for 2 months, 3 months or a year lowers the monthly price compared to monthly billing. An annual plan gives you 50% off, saving €120 per year.

Is there a mobile app? +

Yes. Findsy is available as a web app and as a native app for iOS and Android (free on the App Store and Google Play). The app is especially convenient on the go. Push alerts for new homes are only available in the app, not in the web app. That way you never miss a match, even when you are not actively searching.

How fast do I get notifications? +

Our systems scan the market 24/7. New matches are sent within 0.1 seconds as push and email alerts when a listing goes live, so you hear first.

Where does your listing data come from? +

Findsy aggregates publicly available listings from thousands of websites, agents and portals. We are not an official partner of these parties and do not manage the original advertisements ourselves. We therefore cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every listing.

We are committed to operating a fair and trustworthy platform in a complex housing market. Where possible, we filter outdated or incorrect listings and continuously work on the quality of what we show.

Do you object to a listing we display? Contact our team at info@findsy-app.com. We treat reports as a priority and resolve them as quickly as possible.

How do you protect my data? +

We use industry-standard security practices, encryption in transit and strict access controls. You can manage your data and preferences in account settings.

Can I import or export my saved searches? +

Export and import are not yet available in the current version. You can easily share individual listings with others via our share options.
